I am so sad Lilly went home today.

Sunday, January 25, 2009

My daughter Talisha, her husband Adam and daughter Lilly have been visiting. We all have enjoyed them so much this week! Lilly is our little sweet heart and has Gramdma & especially Grandpa wrapped around her little finger. We will miss them so much when they go back to Utah.
I am in Young Women's now and I love my Beehives, they are so much fun!
In our group picture we have Sierra, Seralyn, Me, Megan and Laura. We were so sad that Anna was sick and couldn't make it.

I am so excited that my daughter is coming this weekend! Of course I told Layni that she needs to clean her bathroom decent this time because of company. My meaning of decent and hers is extremely different so I had to explain that this time I want her to get an old toothbrush and clean around the bottom of the toilet. I keep the old ones just for this purpose. Well she did use a used toothbrush. Kairsti came home tonight and saw that hers had gross stuff on it and started screaming. She told Jeff and he laughed so hard that he had to leave the room. Not getting the response she wanted from Dad, she went it and swooshed Layni's toothbrush around in the toilet bowel. I figured Jeff can now figure out what to do and say to Layni and Kairsti to resolve this. Thank goodness I believe in food storage and also store extra toothbrushes! Teenagers are so much fun.

My family has asked me a few times and for a few years to take pictures of my Christmas decorations but I never do. Since they have asked for pictures of my new house also and Christmas decor again I decided I would just shoot a few pictures to cover both requests. I am so glad that this is all put away now!

This is the gingerbread in my kitchen and the next two are pictures of my family room.

Add ImageThis is looking into my family room from the living room.

Living room with my new drapes Zelva made for Christmas while she was here at Thanksgiving. The last one Kairsti is standing in dining room with my Dept. 56 village on the floor under small tree. Maybe next year I will do some of the nativities and other parts of the house. Or maybe you should just come and visit us to see it all.

How long do I keep my snow background up until I
change it to my Valentines Day background?
Happy New Year!
